- Payment method and date
- Advance online payment accepts credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club). On-site payment accepts credit cards, electronic money, and 71 brands of code payment. Reservations made from outside Japan are limited to advance online payment.
- Payment timing
- Accommodation payment is charged to the credit card registered at booking 14 days before check-in. Option fees are paid separately when incurred.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Please see the Accommodation Terms for cancellations. For advance online payments, a refund is processed within 24 hours of cancellation. Please contact the credit card company used for payment about the timing of the refund.
